Working for Liverpool FC on a casual basis is a temporary and flexible work arrangement. Casual work differs from traditional full-time employment, as casual work offers variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
Safety
Ensuring our supporters are safe during matches and events, our safety team are the eyes and ears of Anfield Stadium. Their primary role is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone at each game and event.
Kitchen
Working in our state-of-the-art kitchens, our highly experienced and creative chefs and kitchen staff serve a variety of high-quality menus for over approximately eight thousand covers on match days.
Museum and Tours
Welcoming visitors from across the globe to the historic and unique stadium of Anfield, where they can bask in the history of the past, and the history-makers of the present. Our Museum and Tours team deliver an immersive, informative, and entertaining tour of Anfield Stadium.
Retail Catering
Working on our concourse kiosks serving over 45,000 guests, our Retail Catering team provide a fast-paced service experience to our home and away fans serving food and beverage items on match day and events.
Hospitality
Working in our hospitality lounges, our hospitality team provide a unique and memorable experience to all our guests, combining the buzz of a match day with an exceptional hospitality service and a feast of football.
Supporter Services
You will manage inbound and outbound fan/customer contact, resolving complaints and queries and delivering consistently excellent service across phone calls, emails, web chat and face-to-face.
Retail Stores
You will be at the forefront of our brand. You'll be meeting and greeting our customers and ready to offer more than just merchandising and products but a true LFC experience as well as leaving a lasting impression on our fans and customers.
Soccer Schools
You will deliver the highest standard of football coaching in line with the values of 'The Liverpool Way' whichever part of the world we are in, whether it is a Soccer School in Liverpool or at an International Academy. You may get to experience coaching trips overseas, giving you the opportunity to represent the club around the globe.
Foundation
You will deliver a creative and engaging community coaching sessions throughout the Merseyside area in accordance with the standards and professionalism expected by LFC Foundation to be the "World's Leading Foundation".
Distribution Centre
As part of a fast paced supply chain team, you will be multi-skilled working across goods-in to goods-out. Despatching retail products to our 7 retail stores and direct to fans globally. You'll be part of a driven team using the latest warehouse management systems. This is a busy performance-focused operation that supports in creating moments that matter to our loyal fans.
