Leanne Kiernan, forward - Liverpool FC
Leanne Kiernan's prolific first season with Liverpool FC Women helped inspire Matt Beard's team to the FA Women's Championship title.
After arriving from West Ham United in June 2021, Kiernan scored 14 goals to fire the Reds to a return to the Barclays Women's Super League.
The Republic of Ireland international was also crowned Liverpool FC Women's Standard Chartered Player of the Season for 2021-22 and signed a new contract with the club in September 2022.
Kiernan knows Beard well having played for him for three seasons at West Ham and spoke of her delight at extending her time with the Reds.
