Marcus Wilkinson was appointed assistant performance analyst for Liverpool FC Women in December 2024.

Wilkinson works alongside lead performance analyst Jordan Kevan and data analyst Noah Sansbury, providing performance insights through the capture and coding of training sessions, as well as maintaining and developing video databases.

He joined the Reds from Bolton Wanderers, where he was the B team and senior academy performance analyst after a spell as a recruitment analyst with the Lancashire club. 

Previous analysis roles also include work at Burnley, Leeds United and Manchester City, as well as holding the position of first-team assistant manager at Huddersfield Town Women.
