Zara Shaw was ‘buzzing’ after scoring her first goal for Liverpool FC Women on Sunday.
The teenage midfielder provided the opener in a 6-1 victory for the Reds at Newcastle United in the Women’s League Cup.
Ten minutes into the group-stage tie, Shaw took possession around 25 yards out and lined up a strike that she sent soaring into the top left of the net.
