Meet Liverpool FC head of nutrition Mona Nemmer at a special book signing in the city centre next week.
A Taste of the Liverpool Way is an easy-to-read book for football fans of all ages that is inspiring, enabling and empowering people to learn more about nutrition.
Written by Nemmer, a specialist in her field, it also provides exclusive insight on her work behind the scenes with the Reds squad under Jürgen Klopp.
Priced at £20, A Taste of the Liverpool Way is available online here and at official club stores.
Mona will be at the LFC store in Liverpool One on Friday March 18, from 4.30pm to 6.30pm GMT, to sign fans’ copies of the book, where nutritious food samples will also be provided.
