Ben Doak claimed an assist as three of Liverpool’s senior squad were involved in international action on Friday.
Doak set up the second goal of Scotland U21s’ 2-0 victory over Belgium in U21 European Championship qualifying.
The Reds forward, who featured for an hour in Roeselare, assisted Lyall Cameron with a pass into the penalty area.
At Wembley, Trent Alexander-Arnold started and completed England’s 2-0 win against Malta in Euro 2024 qualifying.
Harry Kane added to an Enrico Pepe own goal for the Three Lions, who have already sealed qualification for next year’s tournament.
And earlier in the day, Kostas Tsimikas played the whole 90 minutes for Greece in their 2-0 friendly defeat of New Zealand in Athens.
