Watch on YouTubeOne hundred per cent of the proceeds raised from the game will support the work of LFC Foundation, as well as supporting beneficiaries – including Forever Reds, Chelsea FC Foundation and Chelsea Players' Trust.
Those funds will help play a key role in LFC Foundation's new strategy, which aims to double fundraising efforts to reach the ambition of helping 500,000 people a season by 2030.
Money raised will also specifically support LFC Foundation's health programmes, which provide physical and mental wellbeing programmes for people of all ages.
