When can I renew my season ticket seat? 

Existing LFC Women season tickets holders can still renew their season ticket if they have not already done so until 8am on Monday 9 September.

 

Will the cost of my Season Ticket depend on my age?

Yes, you must purchase at the relevant concessionary rate:

  • If you are 22 years of age by 1st August 2024, your season ticket will be priced at the adult rate.
  • If you are 65 years of age by 1st August 2024, your season ticket will be priced at the over 65 rate.
  • If you are 17 - 21 years of age by 1st August 2024, your season ticket will be priced at the young adult rate.
  • If you are 16 years and under by 1st August 2024, your season ticket will be priced at the junior rate. 

 

Can I purchase an additional season ticket when renewing?

Yes, additional season tickets can be purchased whilst Season Tickets are on general sale. Please note you will need a supporter ID for each person you are purchasing a season ticket for.

 

Can I purchase a half Season Ticket?

Unfortunately, half season tickets are not available.

 

Is there accessible seating at St Helens Stadium?

Accessible seating is available across Row A in all available blocks, subject to availability.

 

Where are wheelchair bays located at St Helens Stadium?

Wheelchair bays are available in 2 locations in the North Stand, pitch side and a dedicated wheelchair platform located in the Upper North Stand. Please note that pitch side wheelchair bays are not covered like they where at Prenton Park however, the wheelchair platform located in the Upper North Stand is undercover and has accessible toilets within the vicinity.

Platform: positioned across the rear of blocks ND to NG.

Pitch side: positioned across blocks ND - NF. 

 

What accessible facilities are available at St Helens Stadium?

Toilets
The Upper North Stand wheelchair platform has 4 toilets in total, 2 of which are wheelchair accessible. The concourse has 2 wheelchair accessible toilets, these toilets are not radar key controlled.
There are no Changing Places toilet available at St Helens Stadium however, should you require a larger space for adult changing, there is a first aid room available upon request. Please note that this room does not have a hoist.
 
Baby Changing Facilities
Baby changing facilities are available in the accessible toilets on the concourse.
 
Additional Accessible Facilities
As part of the move to St Helens Stadium we are exploring the introduction of additional accessible facilities and will provide an update in due course. If you have any immediate accessibility questions you would like to discuss, please contact contact our disability team.
 
 
Will parking be available at St Helens Stadium?
A limited amount of accessible parking will be available at St Helens Stadium, details of which will be announced closer to the start of the season.
 

Does my Personal Assistant require their own Season Ticket?

Yes, your personal assistant will need their own supporter ID in order to be allocated a season ticket. Please contact our disability team to ensure their account is set up correctly.

 

Can I change my seat once I’ve selected it?

We are unable to accommodate a seat move for the new season once you have selected your new seat.

 

Can I buy a junior season ticket on its own? 

No. Junior season tickets are only available to purchase alongside an adult at a ratio of 3:1 or as part of a family season ticket.

 

How will I access St Helens stadium?

Season Tickets will be issued in the form of a digital pass which will be sent to you ahead of the new season. Full details will be communicated ahead of the start of the season.
