Zara Shaw featured as England finished in fourth place at the U17 Women’s World Cup on Sunday evening.
The Liverpool FC Women midfielder played the whole of her nation’s third-place play-off against the USA in the Dominican Republic.
Goals from Kennedy Fuller, Ainsley McCammon and Maddie Padelski gave the United States a 3-0 win and the bronze medal.
Reds goalkeeper Eva Spencer was an unused substitute for England.
