The Reds lifted the FA Cup trophy for the eighth time in the club's history at the national stadium on Saturday afternoon, as Jürgen Klopp's men earned a second piece of silverware this season.
Liverpool overcame the Blues in the competition's showpiece in a frantic match in the capital that resulted in a penalty shootout, adding to the Carabao Cup earned against Thomas Tuchel's squad back in February.
Kostas Tsimikas stepped up to score the decisive spot-kick after 120 minutes of action to hand the Reds the trophy and a 6-5 win in the shootout.
