In the Championship, Ben Doak played the whole game as Middlesbrough equalised three times in a 3-3 draw away at Plymouth Argyle.
Nathaniel Phillips also featured for 90 minutes for Derby County, who suffered a late 2-1 defeat on the road against Luton Town, as did Lewis Koumas as Stoke City were beaten 2-0 by Sheffield Wednesday.
Owen Beck was a second-half substitute in Blackburn Rovers’ 1-0 loss at Millwall.
In League Two, Rhys Williams represented Morecambe in a 2-0 home reversal against Bromley.
Up in Scotland, Luca Stephenson played 80 minutes for Dundee United in a goalless home draw with Premiership leaders Celtic.
