ClubLiverpool FC reveals results of supporter ticketing survey

The survey sought honest and open feedback from supporters as part of the club’s ongoing ticketing review, following the development of its latest ticketing principles in conjunction with the club’s Supporters Board.

LFC is looking to introduce improvements to a number of aspects of ticketing over the coming seasons and, as part of this process, asked supporters for their opinions through the survey, giving fans the chance to have their say and help to enhance the club’s ticketing strategy going forward.

The aim of the process is to ensure there is a fairer and more transparent process in place for all aspects of ticketing and the results from this survey will be key in developing the club’s ticketing approach going forward.

Overall access to tickets and the online purchasing process were highlighted as the primary concerns by the majority of supporters.

The results from the survey cover responses from a broad section of match-going supporters, including general admission season ticket holders, Official Members, matchday hospitality ticket holders and seasonal hospitality members.

Following the initial survey, the club conducted a second survey to ask supporters for suggestions, with more than 10,000 responses received. These responses will further help to inform future changes to ticketing policy.

There may be further opportunities to contribute to the ticketing review in the future.
