Melissa Lawley, forward - Liverpool FC
Melissa Lawley joined Liverpool FC Women in 2019 after two-and-a-half years and more than 50 appearances at Manchester City Women.
A skilful and forward-thinking winger, England international Lawley was key to the Reds' FA Women's Championship triumph in 2021-22, appearing in every fixture but one.
She duly signed a new contract with the club ahead of the return to the Barclays Women's Super League and has continued to feature regularly under Matt Beard.
During her time with City, Lawley had won two FA Cups and a Continental League Cup, and also reached the Women's Champions League semi-finals.
