NewsZara Shaw scores as England reach U17 Women's World Cup knockout stages

Shaw provided her nation’s opening goal in a hard-fought 4-2 victory over Mexico in the early hours of Monday, with the Young Lionesses overcoming a red card to earn the win.
The Reds youngster struck from close range following a corner kick, though the game was level at 2-2 until late goals saw England ensure passage into the quarter-finals from Group C.
Her Liverpool teammate Spencer was also selected to start the game in between the posts, seeing her first action of the tournament.
England will next take on Korea DPR in the early hours of Thursday morning to conclude their group-phase outings.
