Here are nine pre-match stats from Opta...

This game comes just four days after Liverpool beat West Ham 5-0 away in round four of the Adobe Women's FA Cup.

Liverpool are unbeaten in all four of their WSL home games against West Ham (won three, drawn one), the most they have played an opponent at home without losing.

West Ham have won only one of their nine meetings with Liverpool in the WSL (drawn four, lost four) – a 4-2 victory in February 2020, when they were managed by current Reds boss Matt Beard.

After going 15 WSL games without a win between February and November 2024, West Ham have since won three of six league matches and are aiming for back-to-back top-flight victories for the first time since February last year.

Liverpool have made more changes to their starting XI than any other side in the WSL this season (27).

Beard has only lost one of his six WSL meetings with West Ham manager Rehanne Skinner (won two, drawn three) and the Reds boss is unbeaten against West Ham in the competition (won two, drawn four).

Liverpool had 74 shots and scored nine times across their first six WSL games this season to give them a 12 per cent conversion rate. However, they have since converted five per cent of their 61 shots in their last six top-flight matches (three goals).

Olivia Smith is the top-scoring player aged under 21 in the WSL this season (four goals), with only Katie Zelem in 2016 netting more for the Reds before turning 21 in a single top-flight campaign (six). Smith netted in the 1-1 draw in the reverse fixture earlier in 2024-25.

West Ham's Viviane Asseyi has been directly involved in eight goals across her last nine WSL appearances (four goals and four assists), while she is one of only two players to both score and assist in multiple top-flight games this season along with Manchester City's Mary Fowler (twice each).
