NewsWin the chance to meet LFC Women players at St Helens Stadium
After consultation with fan groups, players and safety teams from LFC and St Helens, there will be a new post-match player meet and greet protocol introduced for this season. The opportunity for supporters to meet and greet players is still an important part of the women’s game and the matchday experience.
It will be moved from the pitchside perimeter to the West Stand and fans will win the chance to meet the players. This is in line with updated safety procedures at the new home stadium and, in support of players’ post-match recovery, supporters are asked not to approach pitchside post-game.
To enter, fans will need to create a MyLFC account and follow the steps via a QR code to be in the free prize draw. Fans will also be rewarded with 500 MyLFC points when they enter. Full terms and conditions are available here.
Those successful will be invited to the West Stand after the match finishes to meet the players, collect autographs and have their photographs taken.
Tickets for the friendly against Everton are still available and can be bought on the day of the match from the St Helens Stadium ticket office located near the North Stand. The ticket office will open from 11.30am until 2.30pm.
