Book nowVisit Anfield this half-term to experience the award-winning LFC stadium tours and museum
Recently voted one of the city’s leading tourist attractions, Anfield has plenty in store to keep young Reds occupied during the autumn break with free activities, Halloween crafts and even a special appearance by Mighty Red, the club’s official mascot.
On the stadium tour, there is new and updated content – including audio guides for younger fans called Kop Kids, insights on the Anfield Road expansion, which has increased the stadium’s capacity to 61,276, and a Premier League first with new sections on Liverpool FC Women, celebrating all the incredible achievements and the development of the women’s game to date.
The Legends Q&As will also be available to book with a roster of former players ready to share insights from their playing career with personal memories, dressing-room tales and funny anecdotes. They include Jan Molby, Phil Thompson, Steve McMahon, Sammy Lee, Alan Kennedy, Jimmy Case and all-time record appearance holder Ian Callaghan. Following the 60-minute Q&A, fans will receive a signed souvenir guidebook and a stadium tour.
For those seeking an adrenaline rush this autumn, the Anfield Abseil offers a thrilling 100ft descent down the side of Anfield’s Main Stand, one of the largest all-seater single stands in European football.
All the stadium tours and experiences include a visit to the recently relaunched LFC Museum, which retells the club’s story in a brand-new immersive way. As you walk through the interactive displays, you will travel through time starting with ‘where it all began’ and ending with a tribute to former manager Jürgen Klopp.
As an added extra, each experience includes a free downloadable copy of ‘The Anfield Origins Tour’ – an external tour of the hidden history around Anfield and the stadium, to be enjoyed at your leisure. Free parking is available at Stanley Car Park.
Half-term activities will be on from October 26 until November 3. Here’s how to book…
