ClubUpdate on COVID-19 requirements for fans attending matches at Anfield
COVID-19 passes will no longer be enforced as a condition of entry at Anfield. However, Liverpool FC continues to urge fans to follow public health guidance to keep each other safe on a matchday, including wearing face coverings when on concourses, indoors and in crowded areas.
As COVID-19 restrictions ease, it is vital supporters continue to do all they can to minimise the risk of passing on COVID-19. Here are some simple ways that you can help keep each other safe on a matchday:
- Be responsible and do not travel if you have COVID-19 symptoms
- Wear face coverings in indoor and crowded areas, including concourses and the LFC superstore
- Continue to regularly wash your hands or use the sanitiser provided around the stadium
- If possible, take a COVID-19 test on matchday to check there is no risk of passing on the virus
- The best way to protect yourself and others from COVID-19 is to get vaccinated
Supporters must not attend matches if they have any COVID-19 symptoms or there is a risk of passing on COVID-19.
We are committed to ensuring that Anfield is a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Thank you for all your support in following these measures and helping keep your fellow fans safe.
