Vote nowTrent Alexander-Arnold shortlisted for Champions League Goal of the Week
Trent Alexander-Arnold has been nominated for UEFA's Champions League Goal of the Week award.
The No.66 scored a stunning free-kick in Tuesday night’s 2-0 Group A victory over Rangers at Anfield and has now been shortlisted.
Alexander-Arnold swung the set-piece up and over the defensive wall and into the top corner of the net in the seventh minute to open the scoring for Jürgen Klopp’s side.
The effort is a contender for Goal of the Week alongside strikes by Raphael Guerreiro, Andre Silva and Lionel Messi.
