See Liverpool FC Women's preparations for this weekend's Adobe Women's FA Cup tie at West Ham United.

The Reds enter the competition at the fourth-round stage with an all-Barclays Women's Super League affair at Chigwell Construction Stadium on Sunday (2pm GMT kick-off).

Matt Beard put his squad – which included recent loan arrivals Sam Kerr and Julia Bartel – through a workout at the AXA Melwood Training Centre on Friday.
