ReactionRyan Gravenberch on first LFC start, assist for Diaz and role under Klopp
The Reds came from behind to claim a 3-1 win in the Group E contest in Linz, with Darwin Nunez's penalty levelling matters at Raiffeisen Arena, before Luis Diaz and substitute Mohamed Salah ensured victory.
Florian Flecker had earlier opened the scoring in the first half for the hosts, though Gravenberch's inch-perfect cross helped put Liverpool on top in Austria, as Diaz converted his low ball to gain the lead.
Asked whether he enjoyed his first start as a Liverpool player, the No.38 told Liverpoolfc.com: "Yes, for sure. We didn't start so well, but we had the mentality and we turned it around again, so I was very happy with the game.
"For myself, it was good but also sloppy sometimes, so I have to work on that and the rest was OK."

On his assist for Diaz's goal…
I saw the space behind and I saw Harvey [Elliott] got the ball and he played it to me, and I saw Lucho in the corner, so it was a nice cross and he finished it well.
On whether it felt cramped in the midfield area in the first half…
You're right, they did it good, but also on our side we had to do it better because normally I'm higher, we have two sixes and I'm higher up the pitch, so we have to do it better and I think we will.
On how different his role in the side is under Jürgen Klopp compared to previous managers…
Actually, no. Yesterday after training he came to me and said to me [to] feel free, you know, you can do whatever you want, of course you have to do your things, but he just said feel free and show yourself and the Ryan you are.
On how hard it can be playing in front of home fans trying to make it tough for Liverpool…
Of course, but I had that at Ajax and also Bayern Munich and now at Liverpool. You saw tonight when they scored the first goal the crowd was fully behind them, but at the end we stayed patient and turned it around, so we are very happy with that.
On how good life is at Liverpool so far…
Very good!
