Liverpool hold a commanding lead as the race for the Premier League title enters its final stage.

The Reds sit 12 points clear of second-placed Arsenal with nine games remaining in the 2024-25 campaign, with Nottingham Forest in third a further four points back.

Arne Slot’s side will resume their challenge by taking on Everton in the Merseyside derby at Anfield on Wednesday April 2 (8pm BST kick-off) – 24 hours after Arsenal host Fulham.

The clash with David Moyes’ Blues is the first of five Premier League matches for Liverpool in April.

Meetings with Fulham (away on April 6), West Ham United (home on April 13), Leicester City (away on April 20) and Tottenham Hotspur (home on April 27) follow before the month is out.

In May, the Reds first travel to Chelsea and then welcome Arsenal to Anfield, with a visit to Brighton & Hove Albion their penultimate fixture before Crystal Palace arrive on Merseyside on the final day of the season (May 25).

Following Tuesday’s game against Fulham, closest pursuers Arsenal also face Everton (away on April 5), Brentford (home on April 12), Ipswich Town (away on April 20) and Palace (home on April 26) next month.

The Gunners then host AFC Bournemouth prior to coming to Anfield on the weekend of May 10/11, with their final two games being at home to Newcastle United and away to Southampton.

Liverpool go into the run-in requiring 16 points from their final nine outings to be mathematically certain of being crowned champions.
