NewsReds' match-worn shirts raise more than £33,000 for Ukraine Crisis Appeal
The Reds' playing squad from the 2-1 victory signed and donated their jerseys in order to support those affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
The shirts were then auctioned off by LFC Foundation, with the money raised helping Ukrainian people access vital supplies of food, water, first aid, medicines, warm clothes and shelter.
Meanwhile, former players are also pledging £15,000 raised at the Forever Reds Christmas Lunch to the British Red Cross appeal.
More information about the British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal is available here.
The club has set up a dedicated LFC text-to-donate page with the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. The text-to-donate number is 70150, with the keyword LFC. All text donations are to the value of £10, plus standard network charges.
