Liverpool have set off to begin their pre-season tour of the USA – take a look at their departure in our photo gallery.

Arne Slot’s squad boarded their flight shortly after lunchtime, for a journey of around eight hours that will take them to Pittsburgh.

The Reds face Real Betis in a friendly in the city later this week, before subsequently meeting Arsenal in Philadelphia and Manchester United in South Carolina.
