In the final round of fixtures in Group B, Keita fired in from outside the penalty area to pull one back for his side in their 2-1 defeat to Zimbabwe.

Guinea were confirmed as runners-up in the group by virtue of head-to-head following Malawi's 0-0 draw with first-place Senegal.

Mane played the entirety of that goalless contest in Bafoussam, Cameroon.
