NewsMohamed Salah voted Liverpool's Men's Player of the Month
The Egyptian claims the prize at the first opportunity in 2024-25 after a brilliant start to the season, just beating Ryan Gravenberch and Luis Diaz in a fan poll on Liverpoolfc.com.
Salah scored three goals and produced as many assists from the Reds' trio of Premier League matches before the pause for September's international break.
Collecting the trophy at the AXA Training Centre on Thursday, the No.11 said: "Winning big games and starting the season well, that's the most important thing for us. I'm always happy to help the team to win the games.
"It's something special when you win it, especially voted [for] by fans. It's something appreciated a lot and hopefully we keep going like this."
Salah set up Diogo Jota and then scored himself to give Liverpool a 2-0 opening-day victory at Ipswich Town.
After netting the clincher against Brentford, the forward then assisted Diaz twice away at Manchester United before adding to his unmatched scoring tally versus the Reds' fierce rivals.
He continued: "We play very good football and everybody is fighting to win the games. We just need to carry on like that.
"It's still the beginning of the season, so it's still too early. We just try to play our football, the football that we're playing at the moment, we enjoy our game. If we fight and we give everything, that's the most important thing."
