Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk have been nominated for October’s PFA Premier League Fans’ Player of the Month.
The duo helped Liverpool collect seven points from their three fixtures in the month, with wins over Crystal Palace and Chelsea followed by a 2-2 draw at Arsenal.
Salah scored and assisted against Chelsea, while both he and Van Dijk were on target as Arne Slot’s side twice equalised at Emirates Stadium.
The shortlist also includes Josko Gvardiol (Manchester City), Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford), Danny Welbeck (Brighton & Hove Albion) and Chris Wood (Nottingham Forest).
