This marks Kearns’ first involvement in the Lionesses’ senior set-up, with the Liverpool FC Women midfielder stepping up from her role as captain of England U23s.
Sarina Wiegman’s team first face a qualification double-header against France, with the first meeting at St. James’ Park on May 31 and the return match at Stade Geoffroy-Guichard on June 4.
Later in the summer, they will host the Republic of Ireland at Carrow Road on July 12 before visiting Sweden four days later.
Kearns has been selected to attend England’s qualifying fixture camps and pre-camps as one of four standby players for the matches. The squad, which consists of 24 players plus those on standby, will initially meet up at St. George’s Park on May 27.
