Duo set to battle for French winger
Liverpool and Tottenham will face competition from Paris Saint-Germain for Sofiane Boufal in January, according to reports in France.
The Lille winger, 22, has been watched by the two English clubs this season but has now attracted attention from Laurent Blanc's side.
Boufal, who was born in Paris, joined Lille in the summer from newly-promoted Angers.
He's scored four times in 12 Ligue 1 appearances this term despite Lille struggling in 17th.
In October he spoke of his desire to move to a Champions League club in the future.
"I plan to go later in my career to a big European club that will play hopefully in the Champions League, in order to continue my progression," he said.
"Today there are rumours of names but for now I do not mind.
"For now, I am very much in Lille and it is the ideal club for me.
"It's always the same. When you start to play well in matches then people talk a lot and there are rumours. It's like that.
"I try to move forward, improve efficiency, to have the best statistics, and then we'll see (about the future)."
However FranceFootball now report he could be off sooner rather than later, saying a January deal is possible due to a falling out between Boufal and his teammates.
It is suggested Boufal has been frustrating the Lille dressing room with a selfish style of play.
