NewsLuis Diaz and Ryan Gravenberch up for Premier League Player of the Month

The Liverpool duo are among the eight men nominated, having each played their part in the Reds taking nine points from a possible 12.

Diaz scored twice in a 3-0 victory at Manchester United and then delivered another double against AFC Bournemouth, while Gravenberch’s consistent quality in midfield has earned widespread plaudits.

They are joined on the shortlist by Harvey Barnes, Gabriel Magalhaes, Raul Jimenez, Dwight McNeil, Cole Palmer and Ollie Watkins.
