Two Reds came up against each other as Leighton Clarkson’s Aberdeen defeated Luke Chambers’ Kilmarnock 2-0 in Scotland’s top flight on Saturday, while Marcelo Pitaluga kept a clean sheet for Macclesfield FC in Friday’s 5-0 victory over City of Liverpool.

Elsewhere, Jack Bearne made substitute appearances in wins for Kidderminster Harriers against Buxton and AFC Fylde respectively, and Fidel O’Rourke came off the bench as FC Halifax Town beat York City 3-0.
