The Academy striker was again in action alongside a host of Liverpool’s on-loan players across the weekend.

O’Rourke helped his temporary side to a 2-1 victory over Aberystwyth Town in the Cymru Premier on Friday night, notching the first effort of the contest.

In the Championship, Tyler Morton completed the full 90 minutes for Blackburn Rovers and recorded his first league assist of the campaign.

The midfielder aided Sam Gallagher’s opening goal with a low cross into the six-yard box during a 2-1 win over Birmingham City at Ewood Park.

Rhys Williams, meanwhile, stepped off the bench for the final 10 minutes of Blackpool’s 4-2 west Lancashire derby victory over Preston North End.

In League Two, Max Woltman was a 67th-minute substitute for Doncaster Rovers in a 1-1 draw with Crewe Alexandra, while Adam Lewis played more than an hour of Newport County’s 1-0 win over Colchester United.

Goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros was substituted off after 38 minutes of Stockport County’s 2-0 win against Salford City due to injury.

Outside of the Football League, Jack Bearne was an unused substitute in Kidderminster Harriers’ defeat by Southport, while Marcelo Pitaluga completed 90 minutes in goal for Macclesfield FC in their loss to 1874 Northwich.

Leighton Clarkson also featured for 84 minutes of Aberdeen’s 2-1 victory over Motherwell in the Scottish Premiership.

In Europe, Anderson Arroyo played the full game as Alaves were held to a 0-0 draw by Sporting Gijon in Spain’s second tier, while Billy Koumetio was an unused substitute in Austria Vienna’s 2-2 draw with LASK.

Elsewhere, Lucy Parry completed an hour of Hibernian Women’s 8-0 victory over Kilmarnock and Charlotte Clarke featured in goal for West Bromwich Albion Women, who earned a 2-2 draw at Burnley.
