  • Injuries

Conor Bradley

The Northern Irishman is set to be out for the foreseeable future after sustaining a significant knee injury against Arsenal on January 8.

It was confirmed on January 11 he will undergo surgery for the issue and then begin a spell of rehabilitation, with no timeframe on his return to action.

Jayden Danns

Danns is not currently training as he recovers from a previous fitness issue.

Arne Slot on January 11: "Not fit enough, no. Not even training, if I'm correct. One of the players that got a stress fracture because he was young and from what we've been told was a bit over-trained.

"Jayden is definitely not available in the short term."

Hugo Ekitike

Ekitike was unavailable for the Premier League trips to Fulham and Arsenal because of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), but could return when the Reds host Barnsley in the FA Cup.

Slot on January 11: "That is not 100 per cent sure but we will do everything to have him available on Monday."

Wataru Endo

The midfielder has been out of action with an ankle injury since appearing in the 3-3 draw at Leeds United on December 6.

Slot on January 11: "I think if I am correct he might start to train one of these days, but he has been out for two months now, that's of course different to being out for one week."

Alexander Isak

Isak is facing a spell on the sidelines after undergoing surgery on an ankle injury that included a fibula fracture on December 22.

He sustained the issue while scoring against Tottenham Hotspur two days prior.

Slot on December 23: "It's going to be a long injury. For a couple of months. That's a big, big, big disappointment for him and as a result of that of course also for us."

Slot did also confirm he is confident Isak will be able to play again during the 2025-26 season.

Giovanni Leoni

The defender is recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament tear suffered at the end of his debut against Southampton in the Carabao Cup in September 2025.

He is not expected to play again in 2025-26.

Slot on September 26: "He is not in a good place, of course, because he tore his ACL and it means he will be out for a year. Being so young and coming to a new country and playing so well in your first game... it's very hard to take the positive side.

"There's never a positive side – but you always try to look at a positive side and that is that he is still so young, so he has so many years still to go after he recovers from a terrible injury like that."

  • Availability

Mohamed Salah

The forward is currently competing with Egypt at the Africa Cup of Nations, helping his country reach the semi-finals.

The Pharaohs will face Senegal in the last four on January 14, followed by participation in either the final or third-place play-off.

  • Suspensions

No Liverpool players are currently suspended.
