MatchLiverpool v Luton Town: Team news
Curtis Jones and Diogo Jota have both been ruled out of the Anfield clash as a result of the injuries they suffered in the win at Brentford at the weekend.
Caoimhin Kelleher looks set to continue in goal for the Reds, with Alisson Becker remaining sidelined due to a muscle issue.
The 7.30pm GMT kick-off also comes too soon for Trent Alexander-Arnold and Dominik Szoboszlai.
Jürgen Klopp told reporters on Tuesday: "So, not available is obviously Ali, that's a muscle injury where we don't know exactly how long it takes but definitely not for foreseeable time coming back.
"Then we have Diogo with a knee issue, is ruled out. Curtis, with a bone ligament issue, ruled out.
"And then we have the others where we will deal with it day by day with muscle things. We will see for tomorrow. You see the line-up early enough and then you can see who made it and who didn't make it. That's it pretty much.
"All the little bit longer-term like Trent and Dom, they are on their way back but not in team training yet, so that means they are not available as well."
Thiago Alcantara, Stefan Bajcetic, Ben Doak and Joel Matip are the other Liverpool absentees.
Harvey Elliott could make his 100th appearance for the Reds to become the club's fourth-youngest player in history to reach that milestone.
Luton, meanwhile, will be without attackers Elijah Adebayo and Jacob Brown for the trip to Merseyside.
They join Marvelous Nakamba, Mads Andersen and Tom Lockyer as options unavailable to manager Rob Edwards.
On the injury Adebayo suffered during the warm-up of their defeat by Manchester United on Sunday, Edwards said: "We're still not sure how bad it is. He will see someone later this afternoon.
"I hope it's not weeks, hopefully it's days. I wouldn't like to put a timescale on it now because sometimes hamstrings can play up a little bit.
"Cauley [Woodrow] is ready to go again if he's selected. I was pleased with him the other day. It was a big moment for him to come in late and play well.
"We've got some good options even though we're missing key players. Whoever we put in, we are confident they will do well.
"Jacob Brown won't be an option. He's had an operation with the cartilage in his knee."
