The Liverpool squad took time out from their pre-season work to visit the famous Rocky Steps in Philadelphia this week.

After a training session with a twist at the iconic Front Street boxing gym, Reds players and staff headed to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

The site features as a memorable scene in the original Rocky film released in 1976 and is a hugely popular tourist attraction in the city.

A statue of the eponymous character in the film – Rocky Balboa, played by Sylvester Stallone – is also now situated nearby.
