ClubLiverpool FC launches new residential camp at Radley College

Since 2021, LFC has delivered premium residential coaching courses for young players from across the globe at Repton School in Derbyshire. This summer, the camps are expanding to an exciting new venue – Radley College – and offering more youngsters the opportunity to learn to play ‘The Liverpool Way’.

Established in 1847, Radley College is situated in the heart of the English countryside. Combining spectacular historic buildings with state-of-the-art sports facilities, this venue is an inspiring environment for young players to hone their skills on and off the pitch. With its proximity to London and Heathrow, Radley offers greater accessibility to LFC’s coaching for young people in the south of England and overseas.

Radley joins Repton School as the second venue to offer LFC residential camps in the UK. With sessions delivered by LFC coaching staff, the camps provide an insight into the key principles underpinning the LFC Academy curriculum and enabling participants to experience a taste of life as a young LFC player.

The two venues offer options of six or 13 nights, with up to 24 hours a week of intensive football training along with additional workshops focused on nutrition, fitness, goal setting, and a range of life skills. International players also have the option of Football and English courses, with additional English language lessons alongside their football coaching.

On top of their training, players will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of Anfield, the home of LFC, where they will get the opportunity to walk in the footsteps of the Liverpool team on matchday. Participants at Radley College will also get the chance to visit London and experience its iconic landmarks, as well as a hugely popular theme park trip for a well-deserved break from football training.

Players will leave the experience with an understanding of the mentality and skills prioritised by LFC, along with a new sense of confidence and friends from around the world.
