Liverpool will face Accrington Stanley in the third round of this season’s Emirates FA Cup.

This evening’s draw at Old Trafford set up a home tie for the Reds against the League Two side next month.

The last time the clubs met was in this competition back in January 1956 at Anfield.

Third-round fixtures are scheduled to be played across the weekend of Saturday January 11.

Confirmed match and ticket details will be announced on Liverpoolfc.com in due course.
