The Reds defeated Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 having booked their place in the decider with a win over Manchester City at the semi-final stage.
Liverpool opened the scoring on 16 minutes through midfielder Mia Leath, who met a Zara Shaw free-kick, after the loose ball was deflected into her path.
Just four minutes later the Reds added to their advantage, with Kate Oakley calmly slotting home a rebound following good work from Leath to draw a save.
Liverpool pushed on but were unable to add to the scoreline in the second half, holding firm to secure the silverware with Sophie Morrin awarded Player of the Match.
"Today's victory was a result of our performance and teamwork," LFC Women U21s head coach Jennie Swarbrick told Liverpoolfc.com post-match.
"Every player understood the game plan and we executed it really well. I am very proud of the whole team and what we have achieved in winning the final."
Leandra Little, LFC Women's academy lead, added: "I was really proud to see the girls celebrating out there on Sunday at the end of the match.
"Each and every one of them in the squad show great commitment and dedication throughout the season as dual-career athletes to balance their education alongside a demanding training and match schedule.
"Our primary focus within the academy is on learning and development and Sunday was a great opportunity for the girls to experience a cup final situation. Lots of the girls that were in the squad on Sunday have been part of the club for a long time, representing the youth age groups, and for those now transitioning away from the club it was a positive end-of-season finale as a lasting memory for them.
"I would like to formally thank each of the LFCW academy graduates for their commitment and contribution to the club over the years and wish them every success for the future."
