NewsLFC Women supporters can donate to Fans Supporting Foodbanks on Sunday

Fans attending Liverpool FC Women's Vitality Women's FA Cup tie on Sunday can also give their backing to Fans Supporting Foodbanks.

The food truck, which supports those in food poverty on Merseyside, can normally be found at Anfield or Goodison Park on matchdays.

For the first time this season, it will be attending an LFC Women’s game as Matt Beard’s side take on Lincoln City at Prenton Park at 2pm GMT on Sunday.

Tickets for the game are on sale now here.

The truck will be situated on the car park side of the ground, next to the family fun park from 12.30pm.

Fans can bring their donation to support those in need in our community, with donations of the following particularly welcome:

  • Long-life fruit juices
  • Coffee jars
  • Sugar
  • Cereal
  • Long-life milk
  • Tinned fruits
  • Cooking sauces (pasta/curry)
  • Tinned potatoes
  • Tinned meats
  • Tea
  • Tinned soups
