ClubLFC simplifies its sign-in process for supporters
This process began with introducing a single log-in for a number of club services, including retail, LFCTV GO and MyLFC, and the final stage will include ticketing and membership accounts.
The new system will allow for one single log-in for all club services, including ticketing and memberships, making it easier for fans to access and providing increased security for all.
Currently, supporters may have multiple accounts for logging in to different areas of the club website, using an email address and password for the online store and LFCTV GO, while using their supporter ID and password to buy tickets or manage memberships.
Ahead of the launch of the final stage of Single Sign On, which is due to go live in the week commencing November 18, 2024, the club will contact supporters who have multiple accounts linked to one individual email address and outline the steps they need to take to prepare for this change.
Once Single Sign On is launched, supporters will then be required to follow a few simple steps to link their accounts and complete the Single Sign On process. Details of how to do this will be provided in a step-by-step video guide alongside FAQs to assist in the process.
All supporters with a valid email address will be contacted after the launch with details of how to complete the process and any additional steps that are required for their individual account.
