Liverpool FC is proud to launch Klopp, an official coffee table-style book celebrating Jürgen Klopp’s momentous time at the club and placing readers at the heart of his incredible journey as Reds manager.

Packed full of exclusive interviews and incredible insights from current and former players, rival managers and those who worked most closely with Klopp, this glossy 288-page book is the definitive account of his life and times at LFC.

Accompanied by 200 stunning photographs from LFC’s archive, and a foreword from the man himself, readers are taken right back to the most pivotal and memorable moments of Klopp’s reign.

Klopp – which is published by Ebury Spotlight in the UK and Ten Speed Press in the US and Canada, both divisions of Penguin Random House – will be available to buy on general sale from September 26. Supporters will be able to pre-order from August 27 via our online store and the LFC Store app.

The enthralling book includes Mike Gordon – president of Fenway Sports Group – explaining what made Klopp a perfect fit for Liverpool, James Milner describing how he set about transforming the club, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk revealing how he convinced them to sign, and Jordan Henderson opening up on what Klopp said in his team-talk to inspire the legendary Champions League comeback against Barcelona in 2019.

Sir Kenny Dalglish also recalls the victorious 2019-20 Premier League season and how the German ended the club’s 30-year wait for the title, saying: “I said when he was appointed, ‘Fasten your seatbelts and get ready for take-off,’ and I wasn’t wrong. He took us on some journey.”

Salah adds: “The boss improved everything during his time here, everybody loved him, and he’s been a great manager, that’s plain to see. It’s been incredible to play for him.”

Meanwhile, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola pays tribute by saying: “Jürgen’s team helped us to arrive at our limits. This is the truth. They have been our biggest rival, our biggest opponent by far.”

Klopp is a celebration of an unforgettable time in the history of LFC and describes the indelible mark Jürgen has left on the club, with countless precious memories that fans will cherish forever. It also gets to the very heart of the qualities that enabled Klopp to become one of LFC’s most revered and successful managers.
