ClubLFC expands its WhatsApp channel to support multiple languages

Alongside the existing service in English, from Thursday November 7, Spanish and Portuguese will be added to the messaging platform as new LFC WhatsApp channels – providing an easy-to-use, seamless experience for supporters who follow the club on WhatsApp for their daily LFC content, delivered direct to their smartphone.

The official LFC WhatsApp channel launched just over 12 months ago and has more than 20 million global followers to date.

WhatsApp channels are a simple, reliable and private way to receive important updates from the club. In the tab called ‘Updates’, Reds fans can get the latest news direct to WhatsApp.

It’s a great way to stay connected and is part of LFC’s ongoing commitment to enhance its digital services and strengthen its relationship with the diverse and global fan base.

The one-way broadcast channel will see the club send text, photos, videos, stickers and polls to supporters on a regular basis.

Sign up here and the Liverpool FC channel will appear in the ‘Updates’ tab on WhatsApp.
