KEY INFORMATION
Updated bag policy
For safety and security purposes, ONLY the following bags are permitted entry into the stadium:
- Small handheld bag that does not exceed A5 size (148.5 x 210 mm/5.8 x 8.3 inches)
- LFC Retail store clear carrier bag containing purchases from the store only
Larger bags will only be permitted at the discretion of St Helens Stadium if they contain medication and/or medical equipment that cannot fit inside an A5 size bag. Any supporter who needs to bring an oversized bag for medical reasons is advised to inform the club via email at least 48 hours before the game. The request should be sent to the disability team at disability@liverpoolfc.com.
All bags permitted will be subjected to a bag search on entry point.
Video recording equipment and large bodies cameras are not allowed into the stadium unless pre-approved by St Helens Stadium. Visit here for a list of prohibited items.
Please report anything suspicious while in and around the ground to your nearest steward or police officer.
New Fan Zone
The brand-new Fan Zone located outside the South Stand officially opens at 11am, with live music, football skills zone, competitions/giveaways and an appearance from Mighty Red.
It's free to enter and will be open to home and away fans ahead of the match.
Tickets
Season ticket holders and supporters who have purchased tickets for this game have been sent a link to download their ticket(s) via email. Supporters are advised to download their tickets before arriving at the stadium.
Tickets can still be purchased via the St Helens ticket office online here.
There will be tickets available to buy on the day from the South Stand ticket office. The ticket office will open at 11.30am until 2.30pm.
More information on LFC Women tickets can be found here.
For season ticket holders, follow this link on how to access your digital ticket before you arrive at the stadium.
LFC Retail
The LFC Retail pod will be located near the Fan Zone, selling a range of LFC Women merchandise – including the matchday programme. Shirt printing will be available.
Cashless stadium
St Helens Stadium is a cashless stadium, with contactless and/or chip and pin payments required in all areas. This includes the LFC Retail pod.
Post-match meet and greet
As announced last week here, there is a new post-match protocol introduced at the new stadium to access player autographs and photographs, with fans able to win the chance to meet players after the final whistle.
To enter, fans will need to create a MyLFC account and enter the code LEICESTERWSL on the competition page found in the ‘Enter Prize Draw' section of ‘Rewards' on MyLFC.
The competition closes at 10am on Sunday September 22 and winners will be notified via email after the competition closes. A member of LFC staff will be in the Fan Zone from 12.45pm until 1.45pm to distribute wristbands to winners and confirm the meeting point.
Full T&Cs are available here.
Fans supporting foodbanks
St Helens Mobile Food Pantry will be in the fan zone collecting donations. Fans can show their support by dropping off any non-perishable food.
Tackling antisocial and criminal behaviour
LFC is supporting strong measures across football to tackle antisocial and criminal behaviours within football grounds – including entering the pitch without permission, tragedy chanting and carrying or using smoke devices or pyros.
These are illegal, dangerous and have serious consequences. They have no place in the game. Anyone involved in these activities will be banned by the club and reported to the police.
Love Football. Protect the Game.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
