NewsJürgen Klopp and Matt Beard up for NWFA Manager of the Season
Klopp led the Liverpool men’s team to success in the Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup last term, while also finishing runners-up in the Premier League and Champions League.
Beard, meanwhile, guided LFC Women to the FA Women’s Championship title and promotion back to the top flight in the first year of his second spell at the club.
The pair are finalists for the Manager of the Season accolade, alongside Dave Challinor (Stockport County), Pep Guardiola (Manchester City) and Leam Richardson (Wigan Athletic).
The Reds’ official charity, LFC Foundation, is also a finalist in two categories: Community Initiative of the Season [for Game On] and Community Club of the Season – Premier League.
These nominations add to those previously announced for Mohamed Salah (Premier League Player of the Season), Leanne Kiernan (Women’s Player of the Season and Women’s Rising Star of the Season) and Harvey Elliott (Rising Star of the Season).
Fans can cast a vote for Salah, Kiernan and Elliott here.
Winners will be announced at the Northwest Football Awards on Monday November 7.
