NewsJake Cain completes permanent transfer to Swindon Town
Jake Cain has completed a permanent transfer to Swindon Town.
The midfielder heads to the League Two side to bring an end to his time at Liverpool that began at the age of nine.
The Wigan-born player progressed through the ranks in the Academy set-up and was part of the squad that lifted the FA Youth Cup in 2019.
Cain then made his senior debut with a start in the Emirates FA Cup fourth-round replay victory over Shrewsbury Town at Anfield back in February 2020.
Having trained regularly with Jürgen Klopp's first team, he enjoyed a loan spell in 2021-22 at Newport County in the same division as his new club.
Everyone at LFC would like to wish Jake the very best of luck in his future career.
