Hannah Silcock was selected to start for England's U23s in their 1-1 draw with the Netherlands, completing 71 minutes of the friendly contest.
Mia Enderby also featured as a substitute in the second half of the match, while Lucy Parry was an unused substitute for the Young Lionesses.
Meanwhile, Zara Shaw played 84 minutes as the already qualified England completed Group C at the U17 Women's World Cup with a 4-0 defeat by Korea DPR. Eva Spencer was an unused sub.
