The Liverpool FC Women midfielder skippered the side as they were denied by a late equaliser but nevertheless ended their 2023 schedule with an unbeaten record.
In a contest played at St. George’s Park, Ella Morris put England in front during the first half and a Paula Arana Montes header five minutes from the end levelled the game.
Reds teammate Hannah Silcock was an unused substitute, as was Mia Enderby for England’s U19s as they drew 3-3 with the Netherlands in Portugal earlier in the day.
