Dominik Szoboszlai was on the scoresheet and produced an assist in Hungary's 2-2 draw with Lithuania on Tuesday night.

With his nation 2-0 down in the Euro 2024 qualifier, the 22-year-old converted a penalty and then delivered a corner that was headed in by Barnabas Varga to rescue a point.

Liverpool teammates Ibrahima Konate and Wataru Endo were also in action on Tuesday in friendlies for their countries.

Konate was a starter and played 88 minutes of France's 4-1 victory over Scotland, while Endo captained Japan to a 2-0 win against Tunisia earlier in the day.

Trent Alexander-Arnold was an unused substitute for England in their clash with Italy as they won 3-1 to qualify for the European Championship.
