And at youth level, on-loan Kaide Gordon - who is spending the campaign with Norwich City - started for England's Elite League Squad in a 1-1 draw with Poland, while Trey Nyoni also featured for England's U19s in a 0-0 with Belgium, as the Young Lions progressed into the next phase of Euros qualifying.
Trent Kone-Doherty, meanwhile, played a little under an hour for the Republic of Ireland's U19s in a 2-1 win over Iceland, which also saw them move onto the next stage alongside the Young Lions.
Finally, Stefan Bajcetic - who is on loan at Red Bull Salzburg - started for Spain's U21s in their 2-1 friendly victory over Denmark.
