View the latest edition of 'Inside Training' from Thursday as Liverpool's attention quickly turned to this weekend's trip to face Tottenham Hotspur.

Liverpool were put to work at AXA Training Centre following the midweek Carabao Cup win over Leicester City, taking part in a gym session, before heading out onto the grass in Kirkby.
